About

Originally from upstate New York, I’ve had the privilege of living in diverse locations across the United States and around the world, including Florida, Arizona, Australia, Thailand, and Ireland. These experiences have allowed me to immerse myself in a variety of cultures and communities, broadening my perspective and deepening my appreciation for different ways of life.

When I’m not in the therapy office, I enjoy spending time with my dogs, Reese and Archie. Whether we’re hiking Colorado’s beautiful trails or relaxing at home binge-watching Friends for the 100th time, they’re always by my side. Reese, a therapy dog-in-training, occasionally joins me for in-person sessions, offering a calming and supportive presence for my clients.

My approach

I believe that significant, sustainable change starts with giving yourself permission to be human—including making mistakes. Growth isn’t linear; there will be slip-ups and setbacks along the way, and that’s okay. In fact, those moments are a natural part of the therapeutic journey. It’s important to embrace a sense of humor and practice self-compassion, allowing yourself grace as you navigate challenges. Expecting perfection 100% of the time only leads to frustration and disappointment. In therapy, we’ll work together to create a supportive space where you can explore, grow, and make meaningful, lasting changes at your own pace.

My office

Thoughtfully designed to blend comfort and professionalism, my office is a warm and welcoming environment that helps you feel at ease from the moment you walk in. This safe, supportive space is crafted to foster meaningful conversations, promote personal growth, and encourage healing. Whether you’re seeking couples therapy, infidelity repair, or sex-positive counseling, this is a place where you can feel comfortable exploring your goals and working toward lasting change.
